Purchase & Deliver Policy

1. General Information:
a. We do not sell traditional “Calling Cards” that require physical shipment.
b. No physical product will be shipped to customers upon purchase.
c. International Long Distance Minutes will be added to the reseller’s POS system for resale.


2. Order Processing and Delivery:
a. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the International Long Distance Minutes codes will be generated.
b. The codes will be sent to the reseller’s customers via SMS text message directly to their provided cell phone number.
c. The delivery of the codes typically occurs within approximately 5 minutes of order processing.
d. It is essential to provide accurate and up-to-date customer cellular phone numbers to ensure successful delivery.


3. Accuracy of Information:
a. Customers must provide accurate information during the purchase process.
b. Any changes to the account information provided to us must be promptly communicated to our service provider.
c. Resellers are responsible for ensuring accurate customer cellular phone numbers are provided.
d. In order for a customer to change their cell phone numbers, they must submit a Profile Update through their account Profile Page.


4. Responsibility of Resellers:
a. Resellers are responsible for managing customer accounts and providing accurate information.
b. Resellers should ensure that their customers are aware of the delivery method (SMS) and approximate delivery time (5 minutes).
c. It is the reseller’s responsibility to inform customers about the need for accurate and updated cellular phone numbers.
d. Failure to update customer information may result in the codes being sent to the wrong phone number.


5. Customer Support:
a. Our customer support team is available to assist resellers with any questions or issues related to the purchase and delivery process.
b. Resellers should promptly contact our customer support if they encounter any problems with code delivery or customer information.


6. Refunds and Exchanges:
a. Due to the nature of the service provided, refunds or exchanges are generally not available.
b. However, if there are exceptional circumstances or technical issues, resellers can contact our customer support for further assistance.


7. Policy Updates:
a. This Purchase & Deliver Policy may be subject to updates or modifications from time to time.
b. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to resellers in a timely manner.
